Hi,

please consider dropping the dependency on insserv | file-rc.

Technically, rpcbind doesn't depend on either of the two.
This dependency was added back then to ensure a proper upgrade to
wheezy. Today, this dependency is no longer needed, so it should be
removed.

Attached is a patch which does that. While at it, it also drops the
versioned dependency on initscripts. This was added for the /run
transition for wheezy. It's also no longer necessary to have that
dependency.

Thanks,
Michael
