Hello,
Currently tcltls FTBFS on GNU/Hurd and GNU/kFreeBSD due to missing
settings for the case GNU*) in tclconfig/tcl.m4. The attached patch:
tcl.m4.patch, fixes this problem. Since the configure script is not
updated from configure.in (should be named configure.ac btw) when
building the patch: rules.patch, is needed to generate a new version of
configure.
BTW: A new upstream version from 2015-07-09 is available: 1.6.7
