Unfortunately, it seems like some translations are not stored in the expected place, e.g., the French translation is available from themes/twentyfourteen/1.1/fr_FR/twentyfourteen-fr_FR.po in the SVN tree, while fr_FR/tags/3.6/messages/ does not contain anything related to twentyfourteen. Not sure what would be the best way forward (i.e., if the same file is available in both places, which one should be chosen?), maybe will you have an idea about it. If you don’t have time to investigate, I can look closer and propose a patch for debian/get-upstream-i18n, please let me know.
