Alex Larsson reports that in his PPA versions of flatpak (which are
based on the Debian package), when updated to 0.6.5, the bash completion
works in Ubuntu but not Debian.

I can't reproduce this. We think the problem might be that Alex's test
system didn't have bash-completion installed.
