--- Begin Message ---Package: cherokee Version: 1.2.100-1 Severity: normal The cherokee included logrotate file (/etc/logrotate.d/cherokee) uses the 'killall' command to reload the worker process. There is no direct or inherited dependency on the psmisc package which contains the command, so when running on a system where the package is not otherwise installed yields the following error from cron once for each log file (which for a separate log file for each vServer yields quite a bit): /etc/cron.daily/logrotate: logrotate_script: 2: /usr/bin/killall: not found -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages cherokee depends on: ii libc6 2.13-27 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcherokee-base0 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - Base librari ii libcherokee-server0 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - Server libra ii libssl1.0.0 1.0.0g-1 SSL shared libraries ii logrotate 3.7.8-6 Log rotation utility Versions of packages cherokee recommends: ii cherokee-admin 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - Administrati pn spawn-fcgi <none> (no description available) Versions of packages cherokee suggests: pn cherokee-doc <none> (no description available) ii libcherokee-mod-geoip 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - GeoIP-based pn libcherokee-mod-ldap <none> (no description available) ii libcherokee-mod-libssl 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - SSL crypto f pn libcherokee-mod-mysql <none> (no description available) ii libcherokee-mod-rrd 1.2.100-1 Cherokee web server - RRDtool base pn libcherokee-mod-streaming <none> (no description available)

--- Begin Message ---Version: 1.2.101-1+rm cherokee was last released with Debian 6.0 (squeeze) in February 2011 and removed from Debian sid/unstable in 2012 (see http://bugs.debian.org/670298 for details on the removal). Since support for squeeze and squeeze-LTS has now ended, I'm closing all the remaining bugs reported against this package. Andreas
