[This is only a reminder for us maintainers that this should be fixed
after Jessie is released or if an upload to Experimental is planned.]
dhcpy6d's postinst script is based upon the example from
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/ch9.en.html#s-bpp-lower-privs
which reads as if it would be for preinst and postinst, but is actually
only for preinst.
Hence debian/dhcpy6d.postinst unnecessarily checks also for the
parameters "install" and "upgrade", which are oly valid parameters to
the preinst script. See
