The DVB-T code has been removed from totem. It relies on
gnome-dvb-daemon for that nowadays.
While gnome-dvb-daemon was available in Debian in the past it has been
removed from the archive because it was unmaintained.

This makes this bug report obsolete, which is why I'm going to close it.

Regards,
Michael
