File latex.ltx in tetex-base has had its comments stripped, which is
fine, except that now the only way to get at them is to get the source
of tetex, and look at the original .dtx files.

Could you generate the documentation from these files or at least
include the .dtx files into the tetex-doc package.  At issue are the
files lt*.dtx under latex/base in the tetex-src archive.
