python-sugar-0.88 recommends sugar-0.88, which does not exist.
Historically, sugar-0.86 up until 0.86.3-5 provided some binaries and
at the same time functioned as a sort-of metapackage. Since then the
binaries have been split off to other packages, and it is wrong of
python-sugar-* to recommend the successor metapackage, sucrose-88: It is
not for a ibrary to pull in its users.
In short: python-sugar-0.88 should not recommend sugar-0.88.

sugar-0.88 was last released with Debian 6.0 (squeeze) in
February 2011 and removed from Debian sid/unstable in 2012 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/680200 for details on the removal). Since
support for squeeze and squeeze-LTS has now ended, I'm closing all the
remaining bugs reported against this package.
