This happens because debian/workrave/[...] does not exist, as we are
creating arch-independent packages only and workrave is arch-dependent.
The following (untested) patch might fix this bug.
Once that both "dpkg-buildpackage -A" and "dpkg-buildpackage -B" work
properly, the package would be suitable to be uploaded in source-only
form if you wish. I recommend that you try it.
