postfix-script, postfix-files and post-install have been
moved away from /etc/postfix to $daemon_directory,
e.g. /usr/lib/postfix/

under debian squeeze, postfix 2.7.1, we can find 2 identical files at
/etc/postfix/postfix-files and /usr/lib/postfix/postfix-files:

i suggest to either remove the files from /etc/postfix/ or replace
them by a symlink to their new location at /usr/lib/postfix/.

moreover, might this change be related to bug #560051 ?

thoughts and comments?

thanks,

The files are in /etc/postfix now and are in any case not duplicated, so
closing.
