I had ROOT removed from the archive one month ago, because it's a huge
thing nobody was maintaining.
I'm kinda sad for that, but atm there is no ROOT in Debian (unstable),
and so there won't be one in Debian stretch (next stable current in
development) unless somebody with possibly a great amount of time to get
ROOT again up to speed in Debian step up.
