Graph::Easy::Manual is actually in another CPAN distribution, https://metacpan.org/pod/Graph::Easy::Manual but unless there is need I do not think it makes sense to package it. I though do not plan to patch the manpage to remove the reference and diverge from upstream, maybe that can be clarified upstream in the documentation.
