Hello,
Wordpress without some form of spam-fighting plugin can quickly become
a nightmare.
Would it be possible to add Spam Karma as a standard plugin to the
wordpress package, or create a separate package for it?

Wordpress 2 ships with the Akismet plugin for comment spam prevention.
It is better than Spam Karma, so I am closing this bug.
