master_preferences. When launched for the first time, it outputs this
error:
[5731:5731:0707/015325:ERROR:master_preferences.cc(200)] Failed
to read preferences from /usr/share/chromium
If /usr/share/chromium/
is deleted and /usr/share/chromium/master_preferences is moved to
/usr/share/chromium, it functions as normal.
To fix, Chromium needs to
be patched to look for /usr/share/chromium/master_preferences instead of
/usr/share/chromium, or
/usr/share/chromium/master_preferences needs to
be moved to /usr/share/chromium and
/usr/share/chromium/initial_bookmarks.html
needs to be moved elsewhere.
