2. Open with Ark
When opening the specified archive in the Ark displays and only unpacks some
files:

If you run the unpack command line (unzip <filename>) that successfully extract
all
the contents of the archive:

Here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344352 report that bsdtar also has
problems listing the zip file's contents.
