Joao Pedro Pedroso has no longer time to maintain packages and asked
the MIA Team to orphan all packages.
IMHO, Papercut, however, is dead upstream (last release 2007) and has a low
popcon,
so it seems to have reached its end of life and should be removed from Debian
instead of being orphaned.
