Starting from 1.6.0-3 iptables moved their modules from /lib to /usr/lib (see
their changelog), so it cannot find addons put in /lib/xtables anymore.
Install scripts for xtables-addons need corresponding changes, or, a least,
need to give some kind a warning to the users, so they could move the libs
manually as a workaround.
