The privoxy package build depends on the packages sp and jade which are
obsolete and will be removed from Debian. Please remove those
dependencies. Attached is a patch which changes the dependency on sp to
opensp and removes the dependency on jade (which is not needed). It
also has the corresponding changes for other code in the package.
