haskell-haxr has uninstallable build-depends on hurd-i386 and
kfreebsd-*: libghc-http-streams-dev has never been built on non-linux
architectures.
If haskell-http-streams cannot be fixed to build everywhere and that
dependency cannot be made optional in haskell-haxr, please request the
(recursive) decrufting of the outdated binary packages.
