It's also to be expected. (fwiw, it's useful to provide the output of your command in an English locale when submitting bug reports.) {,old}stable don't have InRelease files, as they don't support multiple signatures unless both keys can be supplied in the same gpg invocation, which doesn't work when different parties - ftp-master and the Stable Release Managers - hold the private keys.
