Trying to upgrade returns:

This is because my PostgreSQL is listeing on localhost, and for some reason the 
upgrade is unable to upgrade.

No answer to these questions for two months now, and I cannot reproduce this
bug at all. I'm closing this bug for now until more information
arrives.
