Package: offlineimap
Version: 6.3.4-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

offlineimap seems to silently not use client certificates (and maybe other
options) when the file is not found: I used

  sslclientcert = ~/foo/foo.pem

in my .offlineimaprc and the server reported

  dovecot: imap-login: Disconnected (client didn't send a cert)

It would be nice if offlineimap would just give an error in this case.

Regards,
Ansgar
