Attached you can find the German translation of the help files. The
encoding is latin1, as xsok seems to have trouble displaying UTF-8.
Please copy them into, well, at least, to
/usr/share/games/xsok/de_DE.UTF-8
Unfortunately, only users with this LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 will enjoy the
translation. So if possible add the appropriate symlinks for other
German variants as well, cf. /usr/share/X11/locale/locale.alias.
Since xsok already reads this file, ideally it could use it to
determine all possible de variants. (Feel free to clone this bug for
this).
You will also need to link the remaining files from
/usr/share/games/xsok/ to /usr/share/games/xsok/de_DE.UTF-8 to
actually make this game playable. (Ideally the game would fall back for
the other files, feel free to clone this bug for this).
For testing, I dropped the files into debian/German, and added the
following to debian rules in the binary-arch target:

cp -ivp debian/German/* $(DESTDIR)/usr/share/games/xsok/de_DE.UTF-8
