mutt cancels the current input line when the terminal is resized and
drops to the current, or next, list view (for example, resizing on the
initial password prompt cancels login and drops to an empty mailbox).

This is very unfortunate when starting mutt from a mailto: link (which I
do in Firefox). Resizing the window on the inital To: prompt cancels the
input, and mutt, being in compose mode, simply exits.
