When the LDAP server is unavailable gnarwl exits with RC=1,
causing the mail to be bounced instead of deferred. The code in
src/dbaccess.c should probably be changed to exit(EX_TEMPFAIL) in
a couple of places.
This bug is probably present since day 1 and even mentioned in
the FAQ.
