vcmi fails to build on several arches.

On armhf, this might just be an OOM error as vcmi eats tons of memory

Sorry about that.

Since there are no longer any mips/mipsel buildds with less than 4GB of
RAM (all but one have 8GB), I believe this bug can be closed now.
