Rationale:
We have a growing up community of Debian users, Developers and
Maintainers in Colombia. This list will replace the old one
([email protected]) because we have some
connectivity problems and don't own a good infrastructure for the
mailing list.
It is important to have a reliable mailing list because all of our
communication is made in that way.
