I can only find this files in the demos (sorry, haven't checked what was
in squeeze, but apparently it wasn't meant to be part of the normal icons):
/usr/share/doc/libjs-jquery-ui-docs/examples/autocomplete/images/ui-anim_basic_16x16.gif
The current version of jqueryui (and the oldest version in the Debian
version control system¹) indeed only has it in the demos, so if it was
ever shipped in the base theme that was probably a mistake.
