For some months now, a new upstream version 6.0.1 of the lmod package is
available (see http://sourceforge.net/projects/lmod/).
It would be great if this could be packaged for Debian; currently sid
includes lmod version 5.8-1
I'd be happy to help if necessary.
Apologies if this is not the right place to ask for a packaging upgrade;
I couldn't find any guidelines on how to do this.
