Package: puf
Version: 0.91beta6a

This version of puf contains a format string bug that manifests itself
when this tool is running in verbose mode. You
can test this by running puf from command line:

puf -v http://www.example.com/%n

Now if you mirror a site with puf in verbose mode, a hyperlink that
contains format characters can trigger this vulnerability.

<a href="/%n.html">twente</a>

This has been fixed in puf 0.93.1
http://puf.sourceforge.net/ChangeLog

Kind regards,

Niels Heinen

I'm closing this bug because is solved in all current debian
distribution (sarge, etch and sid).

Any puf pachage with version >= 0.93.1 don't have this bug.

Best Regards
