Package: rna-star
Version: 2.5.2a+dfsg-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

rna-star >= 2.5.0 fails to build on 32-bit architectures (armel, *i386,
mipsel, m68k, sh4), mostly due to the missing __uint128_t type, which is
apparently not available on these platforms. Indeed, in their README file
upstream explicitly lists x86_64 as a requirement.
I propose to remove the failing ones from the list of supported architectures in
d/control. Any comments?

Thanks
Sascha

Hi,

I hereby close both bugs since the restriction to the architectures
where the package builds was done in latest upload.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
