Package: pymsnt
Version: 0.11.3-1.1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
I can’t logon anymore with the transport. This is the error I get on psi when I
try to logon:
«Presence Error: Service unavailable. The server or recipient does not
currently provide the requested service.»
/var/log/pymsnt/pymsnt.log shows this:
| [2008-07-01 10:01:24] Traceback (most recent call last):
| File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/twisted/internet/base.py",
line 1057, in mainLoop

| File "/usr/share/pymsnt/src/main.py", line 361, in cb
| twistd.removePID(config.pid)
| exceptions.AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute
'removePID'
I couldn’t tell for sure since when it fails, I use this transport very
sporadically and I just noticed today (I suspect about the python upgrade, but
I’m not sure).
Please, let me know if I can provide any additional information or do any kind
of tests. Thanks!
PS.: I've set the severity to “grave”, if it’s too high please downgrade it.
