Hi!
While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that hdmi2usb-mode-switch could not be built reproducibly.
It collects input files for hdmi2usb-udev.udev with '*.rules', which
is sorted differently depending on the locale.
The attached patch fixes that by having the file list sorted with ls
under the C locale.
