I'm pretty sure that you added a Build-Dependency on python3-cffi in
47343f28a9f95ec7720e81bc13b2b52eaa4f8e43 to work around a bug in the
python3-nacl package's dependencies (#801786).
That has now been fixed, so I'd recommend dropping the unused
dependency.
