Dear Maintainer,

When running maxlifetime you could receive errors which are may or may not be
considered bad. Such as:

An easy fix -- add the -n param to php5.

8c8
<           cur=$(php5 -c /etc/php5/${sapi}/php.ini -d
"error_reporting='~E_ALL'" -r 'print ini_get("session.gc_maxlifetime");')
---
>           cur=$(php5 -n -c /etc/php5/${sapi}/php.ini -d
> "error_reporting='~E_ALL'" -r 'print ini_get("session.gc_maxlifetime");')

This will likely insulate these scripts from other possible oddness in the
future as well.
