Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.

It is believed that this is fixed with the newer
init-system-helpers - the invoke-rc.d call should now be ignored in
chroots that miss an init system.
(And, if sysvinit is present, the missing file is present, or if
systemd is present, setserial.service is used instead.)
