Two years ago, upstream of python-weblib requested removal of the package from
Debian as he found it unmaintained. The maintainer immediately raised the
severity of the package to block it from being released with jessie. I
requested him in 2014 to file a RM bug. He hasn't responded to that in two
years, so I do it now. Please remove python-weblib, it isn't in jessie and it
isn't in stretch.
