I find little-bug in Control panel --> Themes. I can not choose border windows

This instance of this bug was fixed back in August of last year with the
upload of 3.0.7-1. I'm now seeing this issue again, but it's a
different root cause, so I'm closing this bug now and will report
another for the other bug.
