Looking at http://bugs.debian.org/795156 it seems Donald asked you to
enable the README* support in Apache such that it's shown on
http://mirror.nforce.com/debian/. Compare your site with e.g.
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/.  (I think that's
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_autoindex.html#readmename )

And it seems the discussion just stalled somewhere along the process.

I consider the README stuff nice to have but not a requirement.

Our mirror team being comprised mostly of people who already are spread
way too thin in other areas of Debian, few if any ever went back to look
at all the stalled/inactive tickets on
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=mirrors#_2_0_6 :(

Thanks for your patience.

I have now added your mirror to our masterlist. It should make it to
the website soon, and into the debian installer in one of the next
updates.

Note that I have not added Archve-rsync since rsync appears to not be
available from your site:
| weasel@orinoco:~$ rsync mirror.nforce.com::
