needrestart-x11 displays a list of user applications that need to be
restarted and double clicking on the list is meant to bring any windows
for the selected PIDs to the front. Unfortunately, this just causes
the needrestart-x11 application to segfault. The fix for this seems be
to to remove the fork() call from the OnAppsDClick function.
