Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

   Trying to crop a large tiff with:
     wget
http://goes.gsfc.nasa.gov/goeseast/fulldisk/fullres/vis/1701061445G13I01.tif -O
input.tif && convert -crop 3120x1920+7757+7017 input.tif out.png

   For example this tiff is:
     $ identify 1701061445G13I01.tif
     1701061445G13I01.tif TIFF 14400x12001 14400x12001+0+0 8-bit
     Grayscale Gray 63.38MB 0.000u 0:00.000

   If the mentionned tif is not available anymore try another big one in
   the same directory.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     - I tried to raise limits with "-limit [ Disk File Map Memory ]
     [ unlimited 0 10G 10GB 10GiB ]"
     - I added sid sources in apt source.list.d and to replaced the
     "stretch" version 8:6.9.6 with the "unstable" one

   * What was the outcome of this action?
     Convert still exit with:
       convert-im6.q16: DistributedPixelCache '127.0.0.1' @
       error/distribute-cache.c/ConnectPixelCacheServer/244.
       convert-im6.q16: cache resources exhausted
       `/home/guest/.x3arth/goeseast/fulldisk/fullres/vis/1701061445G13I01.tif'
       @ error/cache.c/OpenPixelCache/3945.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
