i put icedove back to complain mode for now
i tried adding /local additions unsuccessfully
symlink points to mounted folder via nautilus

Indeed, we don't support storing the Icedove profile in arbitrary
place, sorry. So I'm closing this bug report (note that the profile is
not shipped by the apparmor-profiles package, but by the icedove one,
anyway).
