Package: perlbrew
Version: 0.78-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I'm using the current gnome desktop. It *seems*, that starting a
XSession means running /etc/X11/Xsession, which is a /bin/sh
script.

It searches for the user's profile and sources it.
My .profile contains . …/perlbrewrc.

The perlbrewrc makes use of bashisms (e.g. the <<<
input redirection operator.)

I believe this can be fixed easily.

Thanks, doing so.

BTW, it's quite easy, just mailing to [email protected],
and everyone can do it :)
