Package: gnome-tweak-tool
Version: 3.22.0-1

I'm using a standard installation of debian 9 rc3 (kernel 4.9.0-2-amd64)
with default desktop environment, installed with italian language.
So even if I'm writing in english, the menu list problem I'm describing is
referred to the italian interface of gnome-tweak-tool

The only listed actions are: Hibernate, Nothing, Suspend

This has been previously WONTFIX'ed by upstream. If you disagree with
that, I suggest you try to convince the upstream GNOME developers in bug
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/764377.
