Enabling the syscall filtering feature in level 1 (-F 1) renders chrony
inoperable since the Debian glibc maintainers have backported the
“remove cached PID/TID in clone” upstream change in the 2.24-10 version.
I’m going to fix this by backporting commit 768bce799bfe¹ to chrony 3.0.
