Package: midori

Severity: normal

Greetings!

I'm using midori mainly as browser for local html documentation. So, this bug
is very annoying for me.

Steps to reproduce:
- Click on any speed dial and add url, points to local file.
- Try to click on newly created dial. Nothing happends.
- Call context menu on this dial and select "Open in new tab". Tab opens as it
should be.
