Package: midori
Version: 0.4.3+dfsg-0.1
Severity: normal

Hello,

I installed Midori on na old notebook with 1024x768 screen.

The default window size is like 2/3 of the screen.

In this size the window has no address bar and there is no way to open an URL
other than typing it in a terminal window.

I am not sure if the window inital size is screen size dependent or if the
address bar is hidden on all systems where midori is freshly installed.

There are generally several ways to resolve this issue

1) do not make the window so small (will not work on really small screens)

2) better manage the space on the main modori panel - more than half of it is
empty but it shows no address bar nonetheless. Also will not work on very small
screens

3) provide an option to open an URL from the menu, preferably with a keyboard
shortcut

Thanks

Michal
