Justification: blocks removal of no longer built packages

yudit recommends libhunspell-1.4-0, but the current version built from
the hunspell source is libhunspell-1.6-0
I believe this is a Release Critical bug because as long as something
installed still recommends the package, it will stay installed on
users' computers even though the package is no longer built in Debian
or supported.
