Please decruft the arch:all packages lazarus-1.6 lazarus-doc-1.6 lazarus-ide-qt4 lazarus-src-1.6 and lcl-qt4.

They appear to be blocking lazarus' migration [1], despite lazarus never building on mips*, ppc64el and s390x.

I don't think this is correct.  I think the real culprit is:

Depends: lazarus fpc

Until fpc is fixed and able to migrate, lazarus cannot migrate.  I'm closing 
this bug as I don't think it's correct.
